Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, or once an order has entered processing, we are unable to cancel the order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot update the delivery address.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not entered processing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on your location. Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Are earrings returnable?
No.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How long do refunds take?
After your return has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Most financial institutions process refunds within 5–10 business days.
