Every FOREIA order is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards before shipment.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Peak periods: Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Shipping rates and available destinations are displayed at checkout. US orders of $45 or more qualify for free shipping; international orders to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are subject to a flat $20 USD shipping fee. Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.

United States: Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Orders of $45 or more qualify for free shipping.
International: Orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20 USD per order. Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.

FOREIA offers free standard shipping on eligible US orders of $45 or more, before taxes and discounts, where applicable.
US orders of $45 or more: Qualify for free standard shipping.
US orders below $45: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
International orders: A flat shipping fee of $20 USD per order applies to shipments to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Please note that free shipping is not currently available for international orders, regardless of order value. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order ships, FOREIA will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, when available.
Tracking updates: Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your package has been scanned.
Tracking delays: If your tracking information hasn’t updated immediately, please allow time for the carrier’s system to refresh.
International orders: Tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
If you have questions about your shipment or your tracking information hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact FOREIA with your order number so we can assist you.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to update or cancel your order? Please contact FOREIA as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist before your order enters processing or ships.
Order cancellations: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping address changes: Requests must also be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours: Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing checkout. Contacting us within the 24-hour window does not guarantee a change or cancellation, as requests depend on the order’s fulfillment status.

Where does FOREIA ship internationally?
FOREIA currently ships to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, in addition to the United States.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 USD per order. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Are international orders eligible for free shipping?
Our free-shipping offer applies to eligible US orders of $45 or more. Free shipping is not currently available for international orders, regardless of order value. International orders are subject to the $20 USD flat shipping fee.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Responsibility for these charges depends on applicable regulations and the shipping arrangement for your order.
How long does international delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Can I ship to a country not listed above?
At this time, FOREIA ships only to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend taking the following steps:
Check your delivery location: Look around your porch, mailbox, building entrance, or other designated delivery areas.
Ask others: Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to see whether they accepted the package.
Contact the carrier: Review the tracking details and contact the shipping carrier to request additional information.
