Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.
International
Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days for orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs procedures. Available shipping options and applicable rates are displayed at checkout.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment, depending on the carrier.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. FOREIA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and available shipping options.
United States: Eligible orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $45 are subject to the shipping rate shown at checkout.
International: Orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are subject to a flat shipping fee of $20 USD per order. Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Delays, Lost & Damaged Packages
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged:

Provide details: Include your order number, tracking information, and photos of any damage, if applicable.
Resolution: We’ll review the situation and work with the shipping carrier, where appropriate, to determine the next steps.
Each situation will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
International Orders
International Orders
International orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in FOREIA’s product prices or the $20 USD international shipping fee. Customers are responsible for applicable charges, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
