- Cancel fraudulent orders
- Limit quantities
- Refuse service when necessary
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible US orders of $45 or more. International orders to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom are subject to a $20 USD flat shipping fee. Free shipping is not currently available for international orders.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Eligibility requirements.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, or applicable law requires otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, earrings generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping carrier delays or customs clearance delays beyond our reasonable control.
